An exciting opportunity to work for one of the industry's leading digital marketing attribution providers that is now a Nielsen company. The implementation department is dedicated to helping drive client value by aligning Visual IQ's digital market research and marketing attribution measurement processes to the client's market research and business needs. To do this the candidate is responsible for driving the implementation process to ensure a timely completion of all deliverables based on the defined scope and requirements of the client. A successful candidate will have experience in particularly in project management associated with a SaaS based product delivery. A strong understanding of web advertising and measurement experience is preferred.

Summary:

The Project Manager will serve as the day to day client contact responsible for cultivating and maintaining key client relationships throughout the implementation phase of the project. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and completion of Visual IQ's implementations and related projects for designated clients while maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction. In addition, the PM is highly skilled at understanding the complex needs of the business, translating its priorities into project plans and orchestrating the successful execution of the work to the specified timelines on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Client facing project manager serving as the liaison between the client and other members of the implementation team.
  • Develop and maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.
  • Manage project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates.
  • Oversees and supports multiple implementation projects concurrently within a region.
  • Generate weekly status reports to provide visibility into any delays or risks identified.
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and internal controls within organization.
  • Convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to project team members and lead teams as required.
  • Mitigate risk by anticipating delays and initiate plans and alternative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or related field (Marketing, Advertising, etc.) with 3-5 years of experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and lead teams successfully through implementation projects
  • Proven skills and ability in scoping, planning, executing and controlling project work
  • Experience in an Ad Technology, Digital Publisher, or Digital Agency environment desirable
  • Demonstrated skill and ability with requirements analysis, process analysis, process modeling, and documenting workflows
  • Motivated, self-starter
  • Experience/familiarity in handling marketing data highly desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to instill confidence with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task in a fast-paced data environment.
