Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst Domain: Banking/Finance Location: Tampa, FL 33610 - Hybrid Role Duration: 04-06 Months (Extension based on performance) Pay Rate: ($30-$32) hourly. Description: Looking for individuals having multi-state payroll tax experience.

Responsibilities: Perform Payroll Tax Filings, balancing, and payment processing for USA and Canada on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for a multi-state corporation and ensure timely filings and payments. Filing of Annual Tax Forms to agencies. Research and respond to agency notices and work to resolve issues.

Processes assignments meeting the Service Level Agreement requirements. Responsible for daily tasks to create EFT Files, Federal Tax Wire Payments, Funding Request, Daily Balancing, and Process Sweep Files from Workday to Master Tax along with other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: ADP Master Tax and Smart Compliance experience + Plus.

Excellent Excel skills are needed. Filing payroll state, local, and federal tax returns and payments on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Completion of Payroll and Unemployment Tax Return filings.
