As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the delivery of complex development, integration, and automation solutions for Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.
You will collaborate with a team of IAM experts to support mission critical enterprise services such as: authentication services, secrets management and automation, and identity lifecycle management, including identity orchestration, provisioning, and much more. Responsibilities:Deliver innovative technical solutions surrounding the Publix IAM applications and technology supporting our organization.Drive continual improvement of IAM applications and technical solutions through sound Agile delivery practices that will lead to better efficiency and scalability for the organization.
Collaborate with the product owners and technology leadership to assist Agile team members with day-to-day direction and clarification of requirements.Create design artifacts such as user stories, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively convey product workflow architecture and user experiences to stakeholders.Required QualificationsMust have a bachelor's degree in computer science or an analytical discipline and/or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in application design, development, and delivery in an enterprise environment with .NET and C#7+ years of experience in analyzing complex, enterprise business problems or processes and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, scalability, and total cost of ownership.Experience in implementing enterprise applications using platform services like Azure App service, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, event hubs, stream analytics, application insights, and other integration services.
Experience with Azure DevOps for managing project tasks, managing code repositories, terraform, and creating pipelines for CI/CD builds and deployments.Experience planning and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment.Experience with event-based and microservices architectureStrong knowledge and experience with API technologies such as REST, OpenAPI, and API first developmentPreferred Qualifications9+ years of experience in application design, development, and delivery in an enterprise environment with .
NET and C#9+ years of experience in analyzing complex, enterprise business problems or processes and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, scalability, and total cost of ownership,3+ years of experience with designing, developing, and supporting large enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions including Identity Governance & Administration, SSO/federation, Azure AD, and modern authentication solutions.Experience with common authentication standards and protocols (eg, OIDC, SAML 2.0)Experience implementing software using Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies.
