SUMMARY
The Investor Reporting and Fund Operations analyst is a full-time employment opportunity at Rialto's corporate headquarters in Miami, FL. The analyst will mainly be responsible for the preparation and dissemination of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting, as well as other ad hoc reporting to investors. Other responsibilities will include preparing/maintaining internal management reports, monitoring and planning fund liquidity and capital activity. The Analyst will also be required to manage ad hoc requests, outside of recurring job duties to assist in fundraising, financing and other efforts.
A successful candidate will have a strong interest in finance, accounting, real estate investments and private equity. The preferred candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a background in real estate, real estate capital markets and/or investor relations. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and is expected to gain a broad understanding of the firm's investment and portfolio management strategies, as well as an understanding of the funds' and the firm's operations. The role will require direct exposure to the firm's executive team and investors.
The firm specializes in complex real estate debt transactions, in addition to traditional equity investments.
